Senior Technology Consultant

Most organisations have technology strategy. Fewer have a path from that strategy to a working system. As a Senior Technology Consultant you will lead engagements such as Digital Transformation Discovery, Technology Health Assessment and AI Opportunity Assessment, and stay involved as our engineers build what you recommend. In-person time with clients is used where it adds value.

• Lead discovery and assessment engagements from scoping to recommendation.
• Run workshops and interviews with leaders and frontline teams.
• Map processes, systems and data to find where change will create value.
• Write clear, decision-ready recommendations and roadmaps.
• Work with engineering to make sure recommendations are buildable and stay on track.
• Build trusted relationships with clients and help shape new work.

• Substantial experience in technology consulting, digital transformation or a similar advisory role.
• Enough technical depth to hold credible conversations with engineers and architects.
• Strong structured thinking and excellent written and spoken communication.
• Experience leading client engagements and managing stakeholders at senior level.
• Commercial sense and a focus on outcomes over activity.

• Experience in Health & Care; Retail, Commerce & Consumer; Operations, Industry & Logistics; or Growth & Technology.
• Experience assessing AI opportunities or business process automation.
• A background in engineering, product or data.
