Senior Product Designer

Our Experience practice designs customer and user experiences grounded in how people actually work. As a Senior Product Designer you will lead design on client products, from research and service mapping to tested, build-ready interfaces, working in the same team as the engineers who ship them.

• Lead design from discovery and research to detailed interface design.
• Map services and journeys to find where experience and operations break down.
• Prototype and test with real users, and act on what you learn.
• Work daily with engineers so designs are buildable and built as intended.
• Contribute to design systems that keep products consistent and accessible.
• Present and explain design decisions to client stakeholders.

• Substantial experience designing digital products that have shipped.
• Strong interaction and visual design skills, with a portfolio that shows your process.
• Experience running user research and usability testing.
• A working knowledge of accessibility standards, including WCAG.
• Confidence working directly with clients and senior stakeholders.

• Experience in complex operational or regulated environments.
• Experience building or maintaining a design system.
• Familiarity with front-end development.
