Delivery Manager

We take work from strategy to production, and the delivery manager keeps that path clear. You will run client engagements across consulting and engineering teams, manage scope, risk and budget, and keep everyone working from the same written plan. You will be close to the work, not a step removed from it.

• Plan and run client engagements from kick-off to handover.
• Manage scope, risks, dependencies and budget, and report on them clearly.
• Run agile ceremonies that are useful rather than ritual.
• Keep decisions and context written down and easy to find.
• Be the day-to-day point of contact for client stakeholders.
• Remove blockers so the team can do its best work.

• Substantial experience delivering software or digital transformation projects.
• Strong command of agile delivery, and the judgement to adapt it.
• Experience managing budgets, scope and client expectations.
• Enough technical understanding to work credibly with engineers.
• Excellent written communication and organisation.

• Consultancy or agency delivery experience.
• Experience delivering AI or data projects.
• A recognised delivery or agile qualification.
